Christmas and New Year – when we’re usually off work, meet up with family and friends and exchange gifts. When I think back to my favourite Christmas – I don’t remember the presents I got, but think of good times and the memories made. It’s easy to sit on the sofa, watching movies with a tin of sweets on your lap – but time really is precious, put plans in place and get out and about with your family and friends!
