Santa Claus has been very kind and given us VIP access into his very own sweet factory. We all know how busy Santa can be during this time of year so this is an opportunity you cannot miss! Board Santa’s very own decorative double decker bus that has been transformed into a modern style sleigh! The elves will tell stories of how Santa makes his way around the world and how he can fit each cookie into his jolly belly. Once inside his factory, the magic happens.
Experience a sweet show you will not forget. Santa and his very hard working elves are taking time out of their busy schedules to bring those who love Christmas a special treat. Santa will be waiting to give each girl and boy a Christmas treat that they can bring home! That is, if they have been good all year. It will also give each child a chance to tell Santa what they would like for Christmas.
Once you have filled your stocking with all the sweets you can muster, jump back on Santa’s sleigh to bring you back into the city.

- For cancellation up to 48 hours prior to departure date: 10% administration fee will be imposed.
- For cancellation less than 48 hours prior to departure date or 'no-show': 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- Tickets for events or attractions are non-refundable.
- Airport, limousine and coach transfer services are non-refundable.
- Children prices are applicable for ages 15 or under.
- Babies 0 to 2 years old: optional payment (if wanted to visit and get a present from Santa).
- We recommend booking in advance to secure your ticket, however, tickets will be available for purchase at High Street depending on availability.
