We have therefore put together the following frequently asked questions and answers section which will hopefully help with any concerns or queries you may have regarding booking tours given the current situation.

It is the choice of the attraction of when they decide to open and how they are to adhere of social distancing regulations. We will be working close with popular attractions in Belfast.
We are back operating from 8th May 2021 adhering to government guidelines on social distancing. You can buy a ticket for later in the year also with our ‘BUY NOW-TOUR LATER’ option.
If your travel plans have changed due to COVID-19, you have two options:
1. Vouchers with a travel date from 16th March 2020 until 31st July 2020 have until 31st July 2020 to cancel your tickets. If you want to postpone the use of your tickets, your voucher will be valid until 31 December 2020.
2. Vouchers with a travel date from 1st August 2020 until 31st December 2020: You can cancel your tickets up to 24 hours before the date selected at the time of purchase. If you want to postpone the use of your tickets, your voucher will be valid until 31st December 2020.
If you have a voucher booked between 16th March and 31st July, you have until the latter date to cancel. For any booking dates made for after the 31st July, the policy is:
Free cancellation of booking up to 72 hours before departure date, no admin fee imposed.
Free change of date up to 12 hours before departure date, no admin fee imposed. Change of date can be within 1 year of purchase.
The answer is yes! We are offering to transfer dates up to one year. Please contact info@citysightseeingbelfast.com to change your date.
Get in contact with us at info@citysightseeingbelfast.com and we can send you through a new voucher with a new date! You can show this voucher on your phone when you come to join.
Any customer with a booked tour date before 16th March will have their vouchers automatically extended for use until 31st December 2020. Our previous/standard cancellation terms and conditions apply to bookings made before this date. Please refer to your voucher terms and conditions.

These policies are exclusive to City Sightseeing Belfast. You will need to contact the provider itself to check their cancellation policy.
Yes, the new policies for cancelling or postponing tickets do apply to City Sightseeing Belfast combination tickets.
