Belfast City Sightseeing Announcement - 3 April 2020
The health and safety of our customers & staff is our number one priority and we have introduced a number of measures to provide comfort and certainty to our passengers.
During the ‘lock down’ period our complete fleet of vehicles have been meticulously cleaned and sterilised. Going forward, our already rigorous cleaning routine will be intensified. All vehicles will be deep cleaned every day. We are continuing to follow the guidelines of the UK Government regarding recommendations on hygiene. This practice will continue indefinitely to provide assurance to our customers of how important we consider such matters.
To combat the COVID-19 virus we will be implementing the following:
- Liquid hand sanitiser dispensers will be on board all our vehicles and available to all our passengers and staff before, during and after each tour.
- While social distancing guidance remains in place, we will ensure that the appropriate space is provided between passengers on all our tours.
We have introduced a ‘BUY NOW – TOUR LATER’ initiative which will allow our customers an extended time of 12 months from date of purchase to activate their ticket and enjoy one of our tours.
To provide peace of mind during these uncertain times we have decided to waive cancellation fees for all tour bookings, and we have increased flexibility should amendments be necessary.
We are confident that we will come through this extremely challenging period stronger and better for the experience and we would like to thank our staff and customers for their incredible support and understanding during this most difficult of times.
