Revenue Inspector
Citysightseeing is found in over 105 cities in the world offering quality hop on hop off city tours. Citysightseeing Belfast is focused on giving our customers the best impression of the city during their stay in Belfast.
We are currently recruiting a seasonal revenue inspector whose role will primarily be to ensure that tickets being held by customers are in date and valid for travel on our service. In line with this post will be to cover the role of ticket sales when customers are boarding our vehicles in the city centre. You will also be upselling other products while you are interacting with our customers with incentives and targets to make sales.
Desirable Criteria
- Good verbal and written communication skills including tact and diplomacy
- Ability to make sound conclusions when under pressure
- Previous cash handling experience
- Able to work using own initiative and as part of a team
- Previous experience of working in an environment with a high level of customer contact
